Product Overview
Digestate separation improves storage logistics, reduces transportation costs, and enables targeted nutrient application. Our screw press separators achieve 25–35% dry matter content in the solid fraction and are available in throughputs from 5 to 100 m³/h.
Optional polymer dosing stations improve separation efficiency for fine-particle substrates. All systems include automated cleaning cycles and remote monitoring.
